Long Story behind, so let's talk about my Finals.

Hello everyone!

Where I've been, leaving my blog dead!? Yea. I'm gonna share with you what i'm doing for these few months not updating my dead blog. I wonder who reads my blog. :/ oh wells..

So, I just finished my 3rd semester in Fashion Design. So TIRED. VERY TIRED. I ALMOST LOST MY BREATH. What I've learn in Fashion Design? Well, here it goes. :)

The most challenging subject in the semester was the Fashion Illustration. So little time and the most homework given and the work are mostly TIME CONSUMING. Test my ability of being efficient huh?

Here's my work. I've tried. Marker illustrations aren't easy to handle. This was my 2nd attempt. Well, at least better than the first one. HAHA.

 Victoria Secret bikini model. :P

Main reasons was to train your skills in blending. 

Marker illustration also, but this was mixed media. I used colour pencils, marker, and artline pen.

Mainly to train how to apply to draw prints and drapes and also shadows.

This was my 2nd attempt too. 

Whatever la. The face like MJ. :/

Honestly, I'm still afraid to use marker. XD

LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY ; 9999999999999999999

 Acrylic Painting difficulty level is like 999999999999 too.

Well, all because of the texture or quality or the acrylic paste. Its hard to handle as it is difficult to smoothen the rough or uneven surface. Everytime I applied, the brush strokes will just appear. I even tried to control the strengh of hand to apply. NEED MORE PRACTICE. But serious;y, if you want to do it. Make very sure you are super free. :P

My Favourite! 

This assignment is to train you to have your own illustration style. Main requirement given was to elongate the models. SO I ELONGATE TO THE MAX. Long legs, hand, neck, body, anorexic-like models. :P

I used marker pen, colour pencils, artline pen, and white gel pen. 

Moving on to the Textile Studies subject. I love this one but stressful also. TIME CONSUMING like tut tut~~ 

 This is my inspiration board. :) 

I was inspired by the coral reefs under the sea. The texture was quite fun and cute at the same time it is so colourful. :D

 So this is how it looks. :) I know it doesn't look like the coral reefs huh? Can be alot of things. Some said it looks like a flower.. some even commented it looks like intestines. :/ Eww. 

Of course other students did really great too! Wanted to share with you guys. :) It was all diplayed for our presentation.

Other fun subject was the Pattern Making. :)
I learn to draw patterns from the designs. So our final project is to make a dress! :)

So here's my Little Black Dress!

I used Bridal Satin fabric and Lace Satin Fabric to add a little texture to it. :)

Friday, I'm in love!

Hello again.

Sometimes, I ever wonder of how bloggers have the cute ideas to keep their blog alive. I came across from my best friend's blog saying that she came across from Keri-Anne's blog that she came up with this cute idea of posting whatever she likes/ saw every Friday named Friday I'm in love! I hope I'll have the time to post it every Friday as i have a very tight schedule when my semester 3 starts on the 20th April.

For a kick start, I'll bring something that I love recently and I found today.

Marc Jacobs' waterproof eyeliner. 

I tried all kinds of waterproof eyeliners but it eventually smears throughout the day. But this totally a rare one. I tried it on at Sephora when I was looking for a good eyeliner. It really lasts for a day! If you have oily eyelids, mono eyelids or puffy eyelids.. Girl, this definitely a great one to use! Will definitely get this one day!

Ralph Lauren Romance ADP.

I love this smell of this perfume so much. I can't describe how it smells like, but I love it as it can be use daily and it's not that pungent. 

Urban Decay Naked 3 palette.

I love the colour of these neutral shades from this palette. It brings a little bit of pinkish yet it just simply look sweet for young ladies. It's great for everyday make up and for beginners.

Mercedes-Benz : STYLO Fashion Grand Prix 2015 (Day 3&4)

Hello there! 

It's been a busy day for the past few days. I've volunteered to help backstage on the 27th and 28th March with Stylo Fashion Show! :) Great experience tho. Pretty much exciting and fun. I enjoyed. :)

Day 3: 

 So this is the decoration for the show on the 3rd day. :) The VIP and other guests had their dinner and watched the show here.

 Decorated with beautiful chandelier.

 The tables were well arranged.

and some props to match with the theme. :)

and so.... we've been busy backstage preparing stuffs before the show starts. 

The backstage was so stuffy and hot like you're in the oven. 

 Clothings from the emerging designers. :)

Introducing Mystique of Venice collection by Zang Toi.

Models were lining up and prepared to walk on the stage and later on followed by the emerging designers from various colleges.

 The winner. :) 

I forgotten from which college. :/ opps.
